It was my mother who I got the cooking bug from. She was a cook at a very good restaurant (Millburns) she started to teach me at the age of about 4 years.
I have now been cooking for over 50 years, I love cooking, I love food, good food that is. So the food that I cook is the same as the food my mother cooked; fresh and all made from scratch (British Classics). All the recipes are my mothers, all old fashioned and packed with flavour and nutrition.
